  • We sell food products including spices, masala powders, papads, and health mixes.
  • All products are made using natural ingredients and packed with utmost care.
  • Images on the website are for representation; the actual product may vary slightly in color, texture, or packaging.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are displayed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
  • Payments can be made via secure online payment gateways (UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, wallets).

4. Orders & Delivery

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS.
  • Orders are processed within 2–4 working days and shipped via trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery timelines depend on your location (generally 3–7 days within India).
  • We are not responsible for delays due to courier issues, strikes, natural calamities, or other unforeseen events.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once a package is opened.
  • If you receive a damaged, expired, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace or refund the product.
  • Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.
